András Gács Prize
The András Gács Prize was founded by the Gács family to reward exceptional young Hungarian mathematicians who have motivated many undergraduate and graduate students through their teaching work.

The Prize is named after mathematician András Gács (1969-2009). Besides his research achievements, András’s versatility, open-mindedness, and excellent humour made him an inspiration to his students.
The Prize
The Prize is presented to exceptional young Hungarian mathematicians who have motivated many undergraduate and graduate students through their teaching work.
As well as the members of the committee and the heads of the corresponding departments, anyone can nominate a candidate.
The Parallelepiped Cup and the Dodecahedron Prize
The Parallelepiped Cup and the Dodecahedron Prize were established for the students of Miklós Radnóti School, to celebrate the most well-rounded elementary school class and high school student in any given year. The Cup and the Prize are awarded during the school’s end-of-year ceremony.
